Elise is an experienced litigator. She has acted in a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters in both the State and Federal jurisdictions, including complex and multi-party commercial, professional negligence and insurance disputes.
In 2023, Elise was recognised by Doyles Guide as a Queensland Commercial Litigation & Insolvency Law Rising Star.
Elise joined Bartley Cohen in 2017 as a legal secretary and personal assistant to the managing partner, Ben Cohen. She was admitted as a solicitor in February 2020.
