- Acting in Supreme Court of Queensland proceedings on behalf of the executor of an estate worth more than $100 million concerning issues of misrepresentation, misleading and deceptive conduct, unconscionable conduct, negligence, and breaches of fiduciary duty. Orders sought: for declarations as to the validity of a will; that inter vivos transactions concerning family trusts were void or voidable;for the transfer of shares in related companies back to the estate.
- Acting in a $1.2 million claim by a disappointed beneficiary regarding the failure to ensure a testator who, on his deathbed, amended his will to make provision for the plaintiff prior to death.
